The article submission system has been designed to allow users to submit manuscripts, track the status of their manuscripts at any time, revise and edit their submissions, and maintain effective communication between the executive editor and the author. This system covers all stages, including author registration, manuscript submission, manuscript file review, status notification, and the presentation of reviewers’ comments.
Before submitting your manuscript, you need to register as a user in the journal system and complete the membership form.

• Receive a unique code for your manuscript
• Complete the manuscript information form
• Upload the manuscript file and attachments
• Final confirmation to start the review process
To check the latest status of your manuscript, please visit your personal page in the system. In this section, you can view the review status of the manuscript, the executive editor’s notes, and, in case of final acceptance, download the certificate of acceptance and the certificate of publication.
