The scientific biannual journal “Human Resource Management Development Approaches” invites researchers, faculty members, graduate students, and professionals in the field of management to submit their scientific and research articles for review and publication in this journal. The aim of the journal is to develop knowledge and expand applied research in the field of human resource management and to present modern approaches for developing human capital and improving organizational performance.
