Article Review and Acceptance Process
Articles submitted to the biannual journal “Human Resource Management Development Approaches” are reviewed and evaluated according to the specified stages after being registered in the journal system. The purpose of this process is to ensure scientific quality, originality of research, innovation in the field of human resource management, and compliance with ethical and professional standards of scholarly publishing.
Step 1: Article Submission
Authors submit their manuscripts through the journal submission system in accordance with the journal's author guidelines.
Step 2: Initial Editorial Review
At this stage, the article is reviewed for relevance to the journal’s subject area, compliance with academic writing principles, and completeness of the required documents.
Step 3: Similarity Check
The manuscript is evaluated in terms of scientific originality and text similarity to ensure compliance with research ethics principles.
Step 4: Peer Review
Approved manuscripts are sent to at least two expert reviewers in the relevant subject area. The review process is conducted confidentially.
Step 5: Reviewers’ Decision
After receiving the reviewers’ comments, the review outcome, including acceptance, revision, or rejection, is communicated to the author.
Step 6: Article Revision
If revisions are required, authors must make the requested changes within the specified time and submit the revised version.
Step 7: Final Acceptance
After evaluating the revised version and receiving final approval from the Editor-in-Chief, the article is accepted for publication in one of the biannual journal issues.
Step 8: Article Publication
Accepted manuscripts will be published electronically in the relevant issue of the journal after copyediting and layout preparation.
The review process in this journal usually takes between two weeks and two months.
